I'm one that answered "no" to the suicide poll. In my opinion, I have never "seriously considered" offing myself.

During attacks, however, I quite often think about ways to remove my head from my body. During the temporary insanity induced by the pain, this seems a most reasonable solution to me - - remove the head and the pain stops. It never occurs to me that I might have difficulty re-attaching it after the attack passes.

I don't consider this suicidal because I have no desire to end my life.
