Fiorocet

I have had migrane headaches since 1990. I know migranes are not cluster headaches, but I don't know where to turn right now. I have been prescribed many types of medication, however, because of the nausea that occurs with the headaches, narcotics are limited. I have had success with Fiorocet(plain)if taken before the headache is severe. I am now going through a nasty divorce and my husband and a psychologist say that because I have to take this medication, I am not capable of caring for my children. A neurologist (who I never met or saw and he doesn't even have my medical history) stated that this medication will impair my ability to drive, cook and perform normal tasks.

Does anyone have experience with something like this or a story to share with me. I'm at a loss here and I could use advice or past experience. THANKS!
