i'd really like to hear from people about how they
handle thoughts of suicide or feeling like they
can't deal with these headaches anymore. i'm afraid to
admit i am thinking about killing myself because i really
think it is more that i just want the pain to go away and
that is what pops into my head. those thoughts usually
leave when the pain does, but it just scares me that
i could find myself in such a state of hopelessness that
i might do something stupid.

p.s. i've been suffering for about 5 years and just found
this site. i feel like i could go on and on forever about
these headaches because i haven't really felt like i was
able to talk about them to anyone.
