You already made the first step. All of us had. Me personally, I thought about how I was going to do it. I've been chronic for 16 yrs. getting at the most three months of freedom during that time. Brian, just the fact that you can talk about it has made you a better person. I run a headache support group and talk to many individuals during the course of the year. YOUR THOUGHTS ARE NORMAL!!!!! Use this site as your source of expression. E-mail me or anybody else that responded if you need to vent. Hang in there, Fell well, and always remember you ARE tough as nails!!!!!!!!
