You're a lot more patient than I am, Jacque. Maybe it's different where you live, but if this were my son, I'd have him in emergency TODAY and scream the place down until he was seen by the on-call neuro. April 9th??? That's too long to keep him going through this.
Why is he still sick from the ibuprophen? He's not still taking it is he? Is there something else causing the nausea - other meds? Does he absolutely HAVE to go on this band trip? What's he going to do if he gets these headaches on the trip? Who will be there with him?
I'm sorry - I don't mean to sound judgemental, but this just doesn't sound fair to any of you. Especially to Daniel. He needs some good professional advice and quickly. Can't you try another neuro, even if it is one at an emergency room and explain how critical Daniel's condition has become? The nausea has gone on too long, I think.
Please don't think I'm criticizing you, Jacque - I'm really just trying to help.
