I finally got a call back from the neuros assistant and they denied seeing daniel. ok she was very nice and sincere and recommended a ped.neuro at mcv. so... i called them, got this receptionist that needs to visit a doc herself! her response was oh yeah well,,, they see children for all types of HAs , like migraine and tension... OH MY GOSH! i wanted to shoot thru the phone! it didnt matter how much or what i said she just didnt get the fact that i dont want to take daniel to another doctor who doesnt have a clue about clusters. but, what do we have to lose. so i made an appt but not until APRIL 9! but i guess this will give him time to try the propananol stuff (sp?)and the midrin. GUINEA PIG GUINEA PIG all the wayyyyyyyyy!
daniel leaves tonite for orlando with his marching band! he is so excited,,, but his MOM isnt! he is still sick to his stomach (from the ibuprofen), we just cant seem to get above it. and the HAs are back with a vengence! i cannot believe i HAVE to let him go without me or his dad. this makes me so nervous!
