Thanks a bunch for the rapid response, DocGreg! If I understand correctly, the most common MAO inhibitors used in cluster therapy are the antidepressants, right? Like diazepam, Prozac, etc. So I guess using Valium as a preventative measure and Tramadol hydrochloride as an analgesic is out of the question, huh? What would happen? Is it just that the two drugs cancel each other out, or is there serious risk involved, like seizures or respiratory failure or something equally nasty?
