My 3 1/2 year old Simon and his clusters

I am writing on behalf of Simon. Every day he gets 2-3 "headache, mama". He cries out in pain, thrashes, won't let me touch him, pants, says ow,ow! He wakes up in the middle of the night saying his head aches. his Dr. says it sounds like cluster headaches but she has not heard of it in 3 year olds. We tried the sinus approach. Absolutley not it.
He is scheduled to see a pediatric nuerologist, but not till May 19th.
Has anyone had luck with Homeopathic remedies for this.
I love my little sweet boy so much and feel so helpless.
I get regular migraines but not clusters. Could this be hereditary?
I hate to think of him having these headaches everyday for the rest of his life.
