I'm so sorry to hear that you have bad headaches.
Please ask your Mom to tell us some more details. Do you get them every day? How long has this been going on? Do they wake you up at night? What time? What other times during the day do you get them?
Also, tell your Mom that caffeine helps some of us. Most 3 y/o's don't like strong black coffee, but perhaps Coke or Pepsi would work for you. Also, when I was your age and got a sore throat, my Mom made me hot tea with honey and lemon..that might help, as long as it's homemade strong tea and not the powdered stuff.
