Chiropractic Treatment for CH?

Have any of you heard of chiropractic treatments helping with cluster headaches? My husband had his second visit with a chiropractor, who thinks he may be able to help. The doc says he thinks it's a physical problem, not a chemical one. I have my doubts about this actually working, but who knows?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
