how do you explain to anybody?

we all know close friends and family members know what we are dealing with. but how do you explain to the resident asshole whats happening in your head or do you even try. personally i dont even try.
why try to explain what someone will never feel.
and why explain to someone that will never see you with a CH.
question is, do you even give the lucky ones the time of day on your CH.
or do you keep it to your self.?
