Assholes, there is no point in explaining anything to, whether it is CH or why you don't want to fight over a football game or a spilled drink.
On the other hand, most people will listen, even if they can't understand completely unless thay see us with an attack.
I think one of the most useful things we can do is to spread the word to people where we can. If we whine, it will turn them off, but just using the words "cluster headache" to explain lost work time, missed appointments, last minute changes of plan etc. may increase awareness.
Those of us who can could try to circulate articles to newspapers, radio, TV etc.
If we all do that, maybe even some doctors might find out about it eventually.
