I realy messed my self up

Ok, last weekend I was curiuse about the med free route.
So, I decided to taper off of my meds. (verapmil and Lithuim)
Not even two days into being half off of the meds my headaches doubled in number and the leval of pain shot threw the roof!
I was only getting one headache a day at 9:00 pm. Now im geting one at 11 am, 3 pm, 9pm, 12:30 am, 3:30 am. Almost had one this morning at 5 am but some how I was able to just get out of bed, drink coffee and get dressed for work.
Ill tell yall what. In this short time ive learned that the drugs are better than needless suffering. If my body organs give out, SO WHAT! Because to tell you the truth. All of this pain brought back some really stupid ideas of the fucking S word again. Beleave me I dont want to go there again!
For now on Im taking my meds like a good boy!
