I do use some realy good coping skills while im having a headache. Yes, it did take a long time to learn.
But, CH and no meds? (for me I was only one half off of them) You have to be kidding me!
I have not hurt that much since I first started getting them.
I went back to full dose yesterday. Today at 11 and 3 I still got headaches. Just not as bad. We will have to see about tonight.
I like to think that im fairly strong when it comes to CH. But, I have learned my lesson. With out the meds. I am a whimpering, poor little me, child!
