Stadol?

A question for a buddy: Anyone use or used Stadol for their CH? If so, how well does it work, what were/are the complications and side effects? How much and how long did you use it? What's it cost, insurance cover it? How hard was it to get the Dr. to prescribe it? And any other info you can offer.
I know it's one mean pain killer but lookin for some first hand experience.
