This is my first time in this website but boy does all this sound exactly what I've been going through. The Dr.s don't believe my pain and one even refused treatment. After 3 MRIs and 2 neurosurgeons wanting to remove 3 disks I have decided Dr.s are clueless where these h/a are concerned. So far the Doctors (and I use the term loosely) have managed to stop the h/a only twice. That was by knocking me out. They all think I just want to get high or something. I am beginning to really resent the medical profession for treating me as if I don't know my own 44 year old body. Anybody got any suggestions as to how to communicate with Dr.s who haven't a clue?
