Has anyone suffered from depression brought on by CH's. I'm 28 and normally very outgoing and happy. Since the beginning of this cycle I've become very depressed. Tonight I left my husband and friends at a wedding reception because I just felt like being alone. For the last three months all I want to do is stay at home. If anyone else has experienced this I have a few questions: Did it go away at the end of your cycle? Do antidepressents help? Did the depression reoccur with the next cycle? thanks.
