and find out immediately that lots of people just don't realize, or don't want to acknowledge, the difference between rational deep sadness/discouragement from a source cause, and the disease known as clinical depresson
one may follow the other, or they may occur simultaneously, but that doesn't make them the same
there is a HUGE difference of course, and what is to be done about EITHER situation requires knowing which is which
someone can OF course have both diseases:
Cluster Headache
Depressive Illness
but that doesn't mean one causes the other, or treatment for one can be expected to cure the other
too bad - that would make it easy
as far as deep discouragement/fatigue/despair, rationally resulting from prolonged/serious CH bouts-
regular spiritual/positive thinking techniques work just as well as they do in any other heavy duty problem situation - and there are ALL KINDS of them to chose from
