What difference does it make if it's termed "clinical" or not? I'll reread her initial post but I'm pretty sure that she was looking for some help with her very very very very deep sadness rather than a definition (which I'm not sure is accurate). I mean, you're probably well meaning, but I saw your response to possibly having the opposite effect.
