Chronic Paroxysmal Hemicrania is a cluster headache that is most common amongst women. Some literature suggests that the best diagnosis of this condition is to prescribe Indomethacin and observe the results. If the pain goes away, then it was CPH.

Just a little side note here..after being online and reading about clusters for almost a year now I'm beginning to think that the monster has his origins in our necks. Do we all swivel our necks before an attack? Do we all touch our necks with our fingers before and during attacks?
