Thanks for the positive thoughts. I had a "cluster episode" yesterday that got to me alittle. I am back on track today, thanks to Imitrex!
Indocin is a very STRONG nonsteriodal that is used primarily for arthritis. The big side effect is concern for ulcers and bleeding. I am tolerating it so far with Prevacid (prophaltically..pardon my spelling today) to reduce acid production and decrease this risk. I have considerable swelling of my legs and feet, thus also causing my blood pressure to rise. These are "treatable" and much better than the alternative......daily episodes of intolerable pain. Life is a trade off of sorts.
