As JohnP said, the 90% smokers come from a very old statistics with a very small sample, and I wish people would stop disseminating this old crap! How about my case: It took 40 years of smoking before I was hit with CH at age 56.
Checking our survey this morning, I noticed 1184 male and 423 female, a total of 1607 CHeads. But the the title line says 1621 sufferers, so there must be 14 people who are neither male nor female, or maybe both in one person, something like hermaphrodites. In view that the incidence of hermaphrodites in the general population is very very low and we count at least 14 of them having CH, there is only one possible conclusion: We all must have some hermaphroditic traits.
