First ..define terms.
Are the warning signs before a CH the same as shadows? Some of mine seem to be similar. Some are not. How would you define the difference? I want to look at the pre-pain indicators so I'll call them "warnings" from here out. My most common and sure fire "warning" is a strange sensation, smell, temperature change in the air entering my left nostril. I assume this is the first reaction to one of my "triggers" having been squeezed.
Where I'm going to with this?.......I notice that in my present remission state, I get these "warnings" that do not progress to pain. But during an active cycle when I get them, I have got to dive for the meds instantly or ELSE.
My musing is: What is the correlation between the "trigger", the "warning" and the "pain"? Why does it always progress to pain during cycle and never progress to pain outside the cycle? It's like if someone could closely monitor both instances, the difference would be the answer to "what's going on in there".
WHY and HOW, in remission, can a trigger be "squeezed", a warning sign activated and yet NO PAIN occur?????
I tried to make this a completely serious post but...
Given the current sensitivity to "appropriate" posts on the board let me qualify MY attitude to any "replys" which may follow my post.
REPLIES THAT CONTAIN:
1) No Replies: I'll assume I am not a member of the "clique" and take my cluster somewhere else to play....
2) Someone threatening to pray for me: I'll take all I can get.
