I have been headache free for one now. The difference between myself and most of you is I refused to talk any of the garbage that is currently being prescibed. Not one med thay are giving now is actually fomulated for headaches, except for imitrex. The first thing you need to understand is that a headache, no matter what kind, is a red flag that something is wrong in the body. In my case it was 4 or 5 things all combined that put my pain threshold way over the limit. After my last cycle ended last year I wrote a letter to the editor of the local paper. I only had one answer. It was a physical thearpy dept of a local hospital. This lady had been studying HA for over 15 years. As leary as I was I went to see her and so far that seems to be the best thing I could have done. Within 10 minutes of my evaluation she had picked out 4 things she had been studying that were common factors to HA sufferers. After 5 easy weeks, I had learned some very simple things about my own body and how to control pain. I realize after coming to this site many times in the past that there will be many of you that will be serious doughters. Even when I wasn't in a cycle I would have have an average of 8 to 9 tension HA a week. Since thearpy 1 year ago this month, I have had less than 10. Beleive it or not. It is your choice to suffer or find a solution. I would be happy to pass on all the info I have if any one is interested. I may still have an attack, but for now I am very content. No CH means much improved live. Think about it.
