We are absolutely certain that some clusters have a muscle tension input component so we are not surprised that you were helped by physio therapy -post yer stuff for every body ta see, don't hold back, and don't worry about the nay-sayers, goons, or god's soldiers
Three things to remember though ...
1) It is more than just unlikely that EVERY ONE has muscle tension as the majour contributing factor to their cluster pain
2) Physio therapy has a shelf life - those that it works for would have to keep going (a small price to pay for some that suffers I presume)
3) Many Many Many of the poeple who read your post have tried physio therapy with no result so caution is advised when using the phrase "its your choice to suffer" - There are some nasty pieces of work on the board (for both good and bad reason), so you're likely to get bit sonny, thats not a nice thing to say to a dragon.
