Has anyone had headache cycles change?

Hey there clusterheads! I usually am headache free for18 months at a time. I have suffered for close to twenty years. I would always get my headaches between noon and ten pm. This cycle has started and I am painfree all day, but I wake up out of a sound sleep in agony. I am not at all used to this without any warning. Has anyone ever experienced a sudden change in their cycles?
