...check my math: An estimated .07% of people suffer cluster attacks. About 90% of those are episodic, meaning that they suffer 3-4 attacks per day for a conservative average of 12 weeks per year. Considering that there are 260,000,000 warm bodies in the USA alone, that translates to 4,586,400 doses of Imitrex to abort. Keep in mind that Imitrex is more effective as an abortive for cluster sufferers than for migraineurs. Strange that all advertising for Imitrex only mentions it as a treatment for migraines. Hmmm. How many billions of people are there in the world? Wonder what the profit margin would be if people suffering "the worst pain known" could get relief? Here is my real question: Why the hell haven't you people taken notice of this shameful situation? Why are we suffering needless pain so severe that we beg God to kill us? Hello?
