Strange that you keep mentioning episodic sufferers. One chronic can use 700 or so jabs in a year, (I should know, as I do!) which is probably at least 30 times what most migraineurs would use. Also remember that CH sufferers are FAR more likely than migraineurs to be on prescribed rather than OTC meds.
In terms of advertising, (are drugs really advertised? - weird!) adding an "or cluster headaches" to the "use for migraine" line would cost nothing.
Incidentally we have approached the subject with Glaxo, and are keeping lines of communication with them open. We've actually found them to be extremely helpful and open.
