I dont take Verapimil when I am out of cycle, but my cycles start up without much warning. Would it make sense to start with the immediate release in order to cut down on the time it takes verap to become theraputic in your system and then once it has reached that level to switch over to the SR. It sounds logical therefore there must be a problem with it.
