I started out with 15mg but I'm 6'2" and weigh in at about 220. The 15mg didn't cut it. With the 30mg and a few 50mg trazodone I sleep like a baby. Not to mention I have some very vivid and entertaining dreams. Please note that some of the meds I'm on temporarily for the added depression caused by the loss of wife and visitation. This just happened in late September so I'm still recovering from that.
