Paul, typical viruses use macros. Macros will open your address book and send them to everyone on your list and so on and so forth. Therefore, you can get viruses sent to you from just about anyone anywhere especially if you use Outlook, O express and web based mail. Unfortunately, the only email program that does well with viruses is Groupwise, which runs on Netware only. Most governements and large corps have it for that reason. People write the viruses to do the most damage possible. Therefore, writing for Microsoft is the best way to infect lots of people. Here's what to do. Don't open any mail that has .vbs or .exe attachments. Also, don't open any attachments unless you are expecting them. Delete them first ask questions later.
