Hi Folks, I've been a CH sufferer for about 27 years now and I'm sure many of you can concur, this is really getting old.
I've recently moved to a new city and once again changed doctors. With a medical file about a foot thick, this new bozo is convinced that 4 neurologist have been wrong and that I've been horribly misdiagnosted. His diagnosis - chronic sinusitis. The Cure - an operation that removes the lining of my sinus. Sweet!
Are many of you folks having the same problem, new, younger doctors not believing your CH? This new bozo won't even give me a referral for a consultation (insurance requirement) before he exhaust his examination. I tell you I'm so tired of going through this BS over and over again. I guess it's time to go shopping for a new Doctor, I don't need to go through more testing for what I have, I know what I have and have the documentation to prove it.
Is it just me or are most of these doctors just ignoring us?
