I have had ch for 30 years, and like all of us I look for any posible way to fight it(except amonia sniffing). During a cycle ,with frquent HA's ,I often feel like almost everything is triggering a HA.As if I am hypo allergic to too much toxins built up in my body.And ,sure, I try dieting, hell I try anything.But, years ago an epileptics mother told me about the Ketogenic diet,and how it has helped epileptics. Now I know CH is not epilepsy.But the fact that a diet , could end that nightmare, always facinated me.Making me believe diet change could posibly be helpfull for CH.My point is, when someone is experimenting with diet for CH, we should listen,lets not leave any stone unturned.
