.. and it worked for me!! (also did shrooms at about the same time, but I'm sure it was the spider turds that did the trick).
A couple of hints to help with Spider Turd Diet, or STD as it's known in medical circles.
It takes a hell of a long time to collect enough turds from the average garden spider for even one dose, but don't be tempted to collect from any spider that's bigger than your hand - they tend to bite. Also, the bigger the spider, the more foul tasting the turd. Try to harvest your spider turd early in the morning when dew on the web helps distinguish ST's from embalmed gnats and flies (gnats and flies are a delicious high protien treat, but not much help in the fight against CH). Any spare spider turds after you have dosed can either be preserved in bleach ready for your next dose, or can be stuck to oranges and used as interesting table decorations for the Christmas holiday.

But seriously though..

We all know that different things work for different people with CH - what might give one person complete remission for months may not even give the slightest relief for someone else. I know that people who've been regulars on the board for a long time may have seen some diet suggestions come up time and time again, but if one newbie who hasn't seen a particular diet suggestion which didn't work for anyone last time it was posted tries it and it works for them, then isn't it worth having it posted again? As always, just my opinion - no offence meant to anyone. Please don't shout at me. If anyone shouts at me I'll get my big sister NancyC on to you and she'll kick your bum (or butt if you're going to be all American about it!).
PFDAN to all my clusterchums,
Colin
xx
