HAS NO EFFECT AT ALL WITH MY CH. I have been doing the same thing everyday of my life since I was 18, DAYCARE, and my first ch was when i was 19. I still do daycare, and i have tons of stress off and on yet my ch only come once every two years, and that is the point where i make sure that i have no stress so that my ch dont get worse. having no stress does not seem to help or make it worse. i know we are all different, and each of us live different lives, but i think that everyone on this earth has stress, yet only us lucky chosen ones get ch...if it is stress related, everyone on this earth would be visited by the demon, every day!
that is just my opinion
