have been using concentrators for the last 15 years, I peg the meter with the adjustment. I recently purchased my own unit off of ebay.com, had 300 hours on it and got it for $350.00, came in the original container with all the manuals, the seller also threw in a couple of carbon filters. Unit looks and runs like brand new. I get 97% O2 at 5 lpm, drops down to what I am guessing 8 lpm to 90% with the meter pegged. Plenty of air for taking deep breaths, and I know the air is pure. Nice part is never running out of O2, the valve is warranteed for life, and the compressor has to be rebuilt every 10,000 hours, I have a rebuilt kit that cost $60.00, but have a long way to go. I used a Bio-tec oxygen meter to measure the performance, buy masks from my local medical supplier for about $5.00 each, use the rubber check valves on both sides for a full non-rebreather, and now that I am off of meds that weren't doing me a damn bit of good, and knock a CH off in about ten minutes.
No comment from me on the verapamil, for me it's a death pill, have very low blood pressure.
