I just got one and have never used one. It has been about 20 months since my last post at this site and I don't recall anyone mentioning these. Are these as effective as oxygen in a tank? Also I am getting my usual prescription filled of 80mg verapamil and I would like to try the slow release kind (to avoid waking myself in the middle of the night to take it.) Are these as effective as the regular verapamil?
