you started medication? Is the medication helping or making your CH's worse? Are you going through a dry out period before starting a new medication? 2-3 weeks dry out is what my neuro stuck with Are your mouth and nostrils dried up from medications?
Seems like you are in the same rut I was in with a doctor tossing in prescritions faster to the point where when you open your medicine door, pill bottles fall all over the place. And I think you mentioned pyschotropic drugs on top of this mess.
Could be your answer is not taking any meds, learning your triggers and staying away from them. Some of us are better off with cold packs and just O2, least the CH's are managable.
