Hi, this is Margi from the Family Services Team.You're right, it is rare that we hear of a child going through this madness but it does happen. We have another Mom here, Shelley, who's little guy (Bennett) is just 3 years old and he's a clusterhead too. Hearing of a wee one going through this pain just breaks my heart. My husband is a sufferer, but I can't imagine what you go through seeing your child hurt like that. Our hearts go out to you, please know that.It's so hard to medicate kids because of the scary side effects, but I do know that Shelley has changed her son's diet to eliminate candida (pretty much, nothing white: flour, sugar, dairy) as there has been some wonder in our community if a candida overgrowth can start a cycle of headaches.
