I understand everything you all have described. I experienced that horrible affliction watching my husband go through clusters for 7 years. I believe that if we owned a gun he would have killed himself. Yes, there is no one, not even a doctor that can understand what a cluster is if they haven't expierenced it or witnessed someone going through them. And yes, I watched it bring a man to his knees. I did alot of research like everyone does. There are many different remedies that people say to try and I'm sure that maybe some remedies are not good for everyone. This was ours and it has worked. I finally convinced him after an emergency room visit to try something that he did not believe. He went for several adjustments to the Chiropractor and took Niacin with B3. Try it if you haven't. At least try the Niacin B3 (get it from a health food store) If you do be sure to let your Doctor know incase you are taking other medications. It worked for him. Now my problem is that our 7 year old daughter is having the same symptons. I have never heard of clusters in children and very unusual in females. I have not checked about the Chiropractor and Niacin with B3 for a child yet. I know the signs, etc. I believe it is exactly the same. Heat, (hot towels from the microwave, hot baths with water poured over the head) seem to help her like it did her father. Is there anyone out there that has a child who is a girl that has expierenced these headaches at such a young age. I would appreciate any feedback. I hope any of you who suffer from these will try Chiropractic adjustments or at least try Niacin with B3. My husband has not had one in 3 years.Thank you for your input
