Just came back from MHNI in Ann Arbor with my wife...they have given her some hope with new/different approach to treatment. Further research, however, led me to the Texas Pain Rehabilitation Institute website that mentioned use of melatonin at bedtime to treat CH. Has anyone tried/had success with melatonin?
