My Neuro is frantic to stop my pain and so am I ...He wants me to take a super large dose of Topamax tonite...200mg....you are suppose to work up to that amount in an 8 week period...I am scared to death. He has no idea what reaction I will have to it. But I can not take prednisone and he is trying to break this fast for me...Today at work, I got my evaluation...I got an exceeds and was told I am an excellent nurse but I have to work on my absentees..well, I lost it...I have a FMLA filed with clusters as a disability...and they are not suppose to put anything in my files about absentees...my boss did not agree with me...of course, I got so pissed, I got hit in his office and had to just walk out (he did not know why I left) and take an injection. I tried to tell my Doc I could not miss work tomorrow in case I react wrong to this stuff but he laughed and said I don't need to work for that place anyway..Plus, he reminded me I have been wanting to move to England and meet the famous Dr. Goadsby. Guys, help me out here. I am afraid to take Topamax 200mg , Verapamil 160mg,Remeron 30mg. and he wants me to take Imitrex 50mg. before I go to sleep tonite....I don't know if I will wake up....Somebody out there, help me out here...I am desperate but I don't think I am ready to end it just yet....smiles,nancyc
