Capsaicin is found in green chili and there is an
arthritis rub made with it. Affects the endorphins and
for you Southwesterners, green chili is addicting..just like
you thought.
Last go round with this the idea was to take the rub, put
it on a cue tip and swab it as far back on the affected
side as possible. Husband almost killed me! Not only
did he have a CH, I had forced him to scald the inside
of his nose!
Am curious about the pills tho...how do they make you
feel? Think this is one of those homeopathic things
that work for some and not for others.
Husband has started taking melatonin b4 bed. Only 1 brief
night HA in last 4 nights. Is it working? Haven't
a clue.
