After the worst 24 hours of dancing with the beast, which, by the way, included getting sent home from work after my boss found me curled up in a ball in the bathroom,I had my first PFN in weeks! I have no idea why though! I am not looking a gift horse in the mouth mind you, but if I thought there was a clue as to why, I would love to share it in the hopes it may help someone else. Late in the evening I took 2 capsaicin tabs(also called Cayenne Fruit) to ward off another h/a & it indeed worked (I wish I had bought them sooner). Then before bed, I had 2 cups of coffee & a benedryl.Just thought I would share this in the hopes someone else may find it useful. Love & huggzz to all of you...
