Who has severe vision problems after violent episodes??

Please I am the wife of a cluster sufferer.He had had so many during the last 2 weeks he cannot see out of the eye on the affected side.He had a cluster last nite that went on for 3 hrs with a 7 min. break. He is scared to death right now waiting to see if it is going to be as bad to night.
