After having CH since 1972, mine suddenly quit in 95 and just returned about 3 weeks ago. I had just found out I got a new job (had been working on and off). This is a good job...and of course I have been hiding in the bathroom with 2 ice packs and a huge glass of ice water and suffering. My boss is extremely understanding. (But I work at a hospital) I just started Prednisone to stop the cycle because it has worked in the past. But, being honest with you...I would quit in a minute and stay home and relax and I believe the cycle would slow down. But, I can't. So, I take this darn bag around with me everywhere and keep ice by my side. Hopefully, with today being a holiday, and I didn't go to work yesterday (CH), the Prednisone will take effect and I can get through this....I'd say go for it and hope for the best. Good luck sweetie!
