Am I the only one that is scared or am I paranoid?

I am looking for a job. Now that there is a possibility that I may have found one I am scared stiff. Will I be able to cope. Do I mention CH. If I do not mention it, what do I do when it hits. Please help I think I am going insane here. I should be strong. I am I cope with the beast, when I am allown at home and no one sees me.
