Hi, I'm 16 years old and today I was first diagnosed with cluster headaches. Although I was relieved to find that it was not a tumor, I was certainly not relieved to find that there was also not a cure for these headaches I've been experiencing for the past eight years. My doctor made this diagnosis on the basis of what I've told him and what others have told him about my headaches I experience. He's prescribed a blood pressure type medicine (not sure what it's called yet) to help blood vesels from spasming (?? does this sound familiar to anyone?) I had a CAT Scan done and he said that it was clear other than the blood vessels and a small cyst in my sinuses (one that is not even remote enough to pursue). What I'm wondering is if anyone experiences any mental problems also, not necessarily during a headache, but just in general...slurred speech, dizziness, blurred vision, nightmares, sleepwalking, sleeptalking, writing and saying things backwards, saying things you know are not true and/or wrong, memory lapses? I would appreciate anyone's help greatly...I feel very alone in this. Thank you--
