It doesn't cause it, but being overtired from not getting enough sleep (because of sleep apnea, maybe?) can cause clusters.
That's doctorspeak for "I have no friggin clue. I graduated 2nd to last in my class. What do you expect? I'm sorry, our time is up. Next."
But, at least they're recognizing cluster headaches now.
One thing, Joy, I did notice that when Mike took Gravol (Dramamine in the states) that his sleep apnea wasn't as bad. It does freak you out, though, when they stop breathing like that. It will wake me out of a sound sleep every time. It could explain the bruises on Mike's legs, too. They're probably from me kick-starting him.
