If you are 36 hours into it and have felt no relief, I'm surprised. Usually helps me in 24 hours. If you don't see some relief by 72 hours, I would suggest that this probably isn't going to be a benefit to you, considering the side effects of steroid use. The only thing that keeps me going back to it when I'm in cycle is the sense of fairly instant relief. (If you can call 24-36 hours instant!)
